Hello,

I reserved a Silverado the day it came out, never got an email from Chevrolet, I don't think I printed my confirmation page but how do you access your account and find your reservation number and things like that?

You should have gotten an email from Chevrolet with your reservation details and a link to this site as well.

I have only received an email from Chevrolet.

Nothing from the dealer closest that I chose..

And got charged on my card.

I received a confirmation email from “Chevrrolet<[email protected]>” with subject “my name, you’ve successfully reserved a Silverado EV”

look for it in your junk folder hopefully it is not automatically deleted.

I also received an email and a call from my dealer (from two different sales staff).

If you don’t find the confirmation email, you can contact the dealer you selected to make sure they can see your reservation, get your reservation ID which is a six digit number then contact Chevy and ask them to resend the email (May be to a different email account). And use the ID to login to your account using the link @astricklin provided.
