Chevy stated that Reservations for the First Edition had been exhausted within the first 12 minutes. My timestamp is within that period but I do not remember being asked which model I was reserving (WT, RST or 1st Ed.).
Does anyone remember or have a screenshot of the order form?
Unknown at this time. GM has the rule book and is not saying.
I would contact the possible new dealer and ask him (and get it in writing before proceeding).
Thanks for the correction - You may be right but I still hope that GM accelerates production based on advance reservation and does not run into the Ford debut problems.

Not exactly so.... The statement only said the "First Edition" (RST) is spoken for. They could still produce mucho WTs in the Spring 2023. They have a year or more lead time as with the Lightning Ford had only 8 months Reservations to Orders.

Waiting to hear first day stats on # reservations.
A little history:
Ford (Jim Farley interview) announced on CNBC May 20, 2021 @ 10:34 am EST that Ford had received 20,000 reservations the first day (May 19th). Waiting today for Mary Barra.

Note to Admin.: Perhaps change "Orders" to "Reservations" on Chart Label so there will be no confusion at a later date? There is a huge difference. :)
